To ensure our emails get to your inbox and not spam, follow these instructions to whitelist our email address:
Gmail
- Move our email to your ‘Primary’ inbox
- Mobile: click the 3 dots in the top right corner. Click ‘Move’ then select ‘Primary’
- Desktop: drag the email to the ‘Primary’ tab at the top left of your screen
- Safelist our email. Open our email. Hover over the sender name next to the subject line and wait a second or two. Click the ‘Add to Contacts’ icon (+human) in the popup window.
Apple Email
- Add us to your VIP list. Open our welcome email and tap the ‘From’ email. Select the ‘Add to VIPs’ option.
- Automatically move our email to your inbox. In the top menu choose ‘Mail’ then ‘Preferences’. Click ‘Rules’ then ‘Add Rule’. Name your rule in the description field. Pick these settings:
- ‘If any of the following conditions are met’
- ‘From Contains’ @autopros.online
- ‘Move Message’ to ‘Inbox’
- Click ‘OK’ to save
Yahoo Email
- Automatically move our email to your inbox.
- In your inbox hover over the Settings gear icon then click ‘Settings’
- Choose ‘Filters’ and click the ‘Add’ button
- Type a name for your filter in the “Filter name” field
- In the drop-down select ‘contains’ in the ‘sender’ field. Copy-paste our sender email @autopros.online in the text box.
- In the ‘deliver the email to the following folder’ field select ‘Inbox’. Click the Save button.
AOL Email
- Always allow our email.
- Click on the ‘Options ^’ link in the upper right
- Click ‘Mail Settings’ then ‘Spam settings’ in the menu
- In the ‘Sender Filter’ section select ‘Allow mail only from addresses I specify’ and enter our sender email [email protected]. Click the plus ‘+’ button.
- Click ‘Save’.
Microsoft 365 / Office 365 / Outlook 365
- Microsoft 365 – Whitelist our domain.
- Got to the Exchange Admin Center
- Click ‘Mail Flow’ dropdown then select ‘Rules’
- Add a new rule under ‘Bypass Spam Filtering’
- Add the condition ‘Apply this rule if…’ > domain equals ‘autopros.online‘ (without the ‘ ‘ quotes)
- Click the plus button ‘+’
- Office 365 – Whitelist our domain.
- Go to ‘Email & Collaboration’ in the left sidebar
- Go to ‘Policies & Rules’ then ‘Threat Policies’ then ‘Anti-spam inbound policy (Default)’
- Find the ‘Allowed and Blocked senders and Domains’ list and click ‘Edit’
- Add the ‘autopros.online‘ domain (without the ‘ ‘ quotes)
- Save
- Outlook 365 – Add our domain to your Safe Senders list.
- Go to Outlook and click the Settings gear icon
- Select ‘View All Outlook Settings’ then ‘Mail’ then ‘Junk Email’
- In the ‘Safe Senders and Domains’ section click ‘Add’
- Enter the ‘autopros.online‘ domain (without the ‘ ‘ quotes)
- Save
